Route 1 – Speaking Circles & Relational Presence
Each participant will have several turns to express themselves exclusively. Other participant offer only silent, supportive engagement and essence appreciation of a positive nature as established protocol during the introduction of the session. No topic required. These events take on a life of their own as participants take turns being in the
moment.
- In Person or Zoom Call: 90 minutes (Limited to 4 participants)
- Single Session: $40 per person
- Three Sessions: $100 per person enrolled in expanded program
Route 2 – Conflict Resolution & Guidance
Each session will focus more specifically on the topic of Interests, Issues, or Positions on a rotating basis. These are three elements of the Collaborative Negotiation model established through the Certified Mediator training program used for this program. Participants will have the opportunity to explore their own situation as it relates to the topic at hand.
- In Person or Zoom Call: 90 minutes
- Single Session: $40 per person (Limited to 6 participants)
- Three Sessions: $100 per person enrolled in expanded program
Route 3 – Critical Incident Peer and Community Support
This is a developing vision to be determined by the needs of the participants and/or the community or agency they are engaged with.
- In Person or Zoom Call: 90 minutes (Limited to 6 participants)
- Single Session: Needs-based Sliding Scale for First Responders
- Ongoing Support: Donations via Patreon Subscription
